Hilary is a client relations expert with a passion for future trends in business and tech, people and their stories. With over 10 years of experience in sales and recruitment in the tech industry, she has worked with a variety of clients across diverse industries, spanning various departments and disciplines including Fortune 500 companies, government, crown corp, D2C brands and start-ups. Hilary's background in Enterprise Software Sales (Shopify), IT global services sales (Pythian), and staffing and recruitment has allowed her to wear many hats in account management, sales, recruitment, and management.

Before starting Soarce Consulting, Hilary co-created a recruitment firm that worked with people in their existing network within the Shopify ecosystem, helping agencies and other fast-growing start-ups and SaaS companies grow their teams. For Hilary, connecting with different companies and talent and learning about their story, business and career goals and being able to benefit both parties is a passion. She finds it fascinating and is inspired by each interaction she has with founders, candidates and hiring managers. It's why she does it.
